New Thinking. I will be presenting two keynotes focusing on new breakthroughs in our methodology. The first, “Creating a Market Growth Strategy,” illustrates how outcome-driven data is used to determine which of six possible growth paths should be pursued. This new thinking brings clarity to the discussion of sustaining versus disruptive innovation.

In the second keynote, “Revolutionizing Idea Generation with Focused Creativity,” I will introduce a detailed new method of idea generation and Strategyn’s context-specific creativity triggers. These triggers are specifically designed to stimulate creative thinking when devising new product platforms, business models, and product and service features.
