Kuba Karlinski

Karlinski had experience in both the pharmaceutical and media
industries before taking on his current role as an innovation
strategy consultant. Mr. Karlinski has a global perspective on
business, having run numerous operational and innovation projects in
Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania, and South America. This global
experience has also given him unique insight into the customer
perspective.
At the Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk, he led a number
of internal projects related to strategy, marketing, communication,
sales, and knowledge management. Later, at Agora, one of the largest
media companies in Poland, he managed a top strategic project
related to recruitment advertising that resulted in the relaunch of
job advertisements in the print media (newspaper) in 2005 and the
launch of a new Internet job site.
Mr. Karlinski earned a master’s degree (with honors) in management
and marketing from the Warsaw School of Economics. In his free time,
he is a passionate globe-trotter, scuba diver, and downhill skier.
