Tomasz Rudolf
Tomasz Rudolf is one of Europe’s new generation of experts on the
implementation of innovation strategies. He comes to this role
through years as an entrepreneur (he launched his first company at
age 19) and through coaching executives throughout Europe for the
past 10 years.
Mr. Rudolf has helped companies delineate their innovation gaps,
define their goals, design “blue-ocean” strategies, and implement
innovation programs involving employees, clients, and other partners
in the co-creation of successful change. His clients include
Lafarge, Kimberly-Clark, Heinz, Masterfoods, Wolters Kluwer,
Deutsche Post, and Polish Telecom.
He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the
Warsaw School of Economics.
