Biography: Monica Kutan has over 15 years experience in business marketing, marketing research and consulting. Prior to joining Strategyn, she served as a market research consultant to a White-Rodgers, a division of Emerson Electric. She also worked as a market research analyst leading Voice of the Customer initiatives at Cooper B-Line.
Monica has significant experience in the health care, electrical component manufacturing and climate control industries. She taught marketing and marketing research courses for five years at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville , her alma mater. She graduated magna cum laude from the university with a degree in Marketing and also earned her master’s degree in Marketing Research there.
Personal: I have two beautiful, smart, healthy children – both in college. My son attends the University of Illinois, studying finance and math. My daughter attends SIUE and is studying business.
Hobbies: I play golf, scuba dive, travel, read, cook for (and with) friends and family, and enjoy live music of all types. I just bought a new Trek bike and I’m looking forward to cycling around the Raleigh area.

Good for the Soul: After living far away from my family of origin for over 25 years, I am now living near my sisters, my brother and my mom in North Carolina. And I’m enjoying the reunion!
